I've been studying Dr. Berg, DC's video's on youtube. He advocates 7-10 cups of non-starchy veggies a day. He also mentions that spiking insulin to much and too long causes diabetes and obesity is a symptom not a cause of diabetes.

My two cents. Keto like veganism and vegetarianism, comes in different flavors. There are fat vegetarians and vegans as well as ultra thin ones. Hi. I'm Ronald. 5'6", 151 lbs, OMAD window: 5-9 pm, usually eat 6-7pm, started 2 Mar 2018 in large part due to Joe's OMAD Revolution channel on Youtube. In it for overall health benefits but want to get down to 135-140 ish.
