  • My favorite these days: Tuna salad with cucumbers, avocado, and lemon juice—garnished with a few olives, a small tomato, and boiled Miracle Noodles Shirataki Fettuccini (0 calories). If you use 2 oz StarKist tuna in olive oil and 1/2 avocado, the meal will be about 350 calories, but very filling.
