I've taken your advice and set for maintenance on here and added 300 cals for the days I workout. Will just monitor and see what happens. Just nervous eating more after losing weight and getting to where I feel comfortable and happy. I guess in time I'll feel more comfortable about it all though. Thanks

Thanks guys for the advice, i plan to continue training and gaining strength. From the information you've both given and what i've read it sounds like the use of a belt on big lifts will pay off in the long run. Thanks alot guys!

Thanks for the reply and info, im so glad you've shinned some light on not needing to go into a surplus until more advanced. Thank you so much for the responses, I'll stick to eating back 50% of what gets burnt. Its all applied by my fitbit for walking and cycling that I do.
