I eat 1300-1400 calories a day. I am a 47yo female. 5'9 and I have gone from 185 to 155 lbs in about three and a half months. I usually eat 3 small, healthy meals everyday (mostly chicken, green beans, egg beaters and fruit) and consume about a third of my calories on late night snacking. Total junk food - ice cream,…

It varies. Sometimes I will go a week or so without losing anything and then the following week I will lose 2 or 3 lbs. It definitely comes off much quicker at first. I lost 20 lbs in the first 8 weeks, but in the last week and a half only lost one.

I CANNOT wear an ugly mom bathing suit one more summer. I will wear a bikini by the end of the summer whether it looks good or not!

I am in! 5'9 and 165 lbs. Goal is 140lbs. Would love to lose 10 by the end of July. Eating 1300 calories a day and doing cardio 5 days a week for 50 minutes. Plan to add in strength training twice a week.
