Give it some time. Your body will adapt to it. In the mean time, maybe up your calories? Carbs and protein in particular are your friend, and make sure your sleep is on point. That may help.

According to my Fitbit, I have a pretty high deficit... Is this too much? I maintain about the same amount of calories with a little more on rest days. I've been working out 4 days a week, with my toughest workouts the first two days, then I taper off the intensity.
