  • Hey, you are not alone! Snacking was my worst enemy. I was terrible at snacking whenever I got bored. It’s the reason why I gained 50 pounds in 2017. But by tracking what I eat, and working out with Insanity Max 30, I’ve dropped weight and been more disciplined with snacking! Don’t give up hope, you got this!

  • That’s a great goal Courtney! Other than nutrition, what’s your fitness plan to lose the weight? I started at 247 and I too am working to get back to 200 pounds.   • Great job on losing the 32 pounds Amanda! Only working out 3 times a week and losing that amount of weight in that time frame is impressive! Keep up the good work!
