I'm out of the cycle of over-eating, under-eating and over-exercising. Recording everything I eat gives me a lot of freedom and helps me deal with craving better. It's less annoying than I thought it would be and it's a wonderful "mindful eating" practice. I lost a pound this week to boot. I wouldn't have done this years…
