Thanks, he's our 3rd, hes partially why i decided to lose 40lbs and get in shape, cause when he comes and sleep deprivation kicks in I will probably resort to mt dew and junk food in the middle of the night....lol

Didn't go to the gym or run today, I mowed the lawn and then dug out a 20x16 hole in the yard to pour a stamped concrete patio. That got me 15,320 steps, 8.7 miles

Im 36 and after every run/workout I make an orange/banana/yogurt smoothie and add a half tsp of turmeric powder, I tell you I've been doing it for the last 2 months and I barely use Motrin anymore. I've had 2 hardboiled eggs, peach and an apple so far. I have 2 grilled chicken strips, orange and banana for lunch. That puts me around 600 calories. For dinner tonight I'll probably put an orange, banana and 1 cup of low fat yogurt in the blender before I go to soccer practice. It's tough to get to the 1,560 calories mfp…

Soccer practice canceled last night due to torrential downpour and I didn't run this morning but I did do 90 pushups 120 Sit ups and 60 air squats to get going this morning
