  • Its so hard to go to the gym with my anxiety. It comes from being self conscious about my body and then I feel bad for not going and I eat my feelings..its a vicious cycle. I love running though! I wish some of my friends would actually wanna workout with me.
  • I guess I'll think about not doing it then. Just wanted to try somthing new. If I think about it wouldnt want anyone I care about trying this.
  • Not necessarily bullied, but you know how people are little comments and suggestions when you dont ask for them. Can really ruin my day somtimes..
  • A few pounds.. I will still be fat in their eyes. I would like to loose 20 pounds people who do it for 20 days can sometimes loose that much that quickly. Since no one is supporting this I can only imagine what the people I work with will say haha..
  • Well I was considering it since I am going to the beach in a month. Its scary for me all my sisters are smaller and there will be so many pictures :#
  • I am doing it too get rid of toxins and weight. I plan on doing it as long as I can. (Probably wont be long I have terrible self control). I am also hoping when I come out of the fast dieting will be easier for me.
