  • I have the Samsung health app on my phone to count my steps, and it's in the MFP list, and it still won't sync. I gave up.
  • You can never go wrong with bean/meat substitute chilli. I dunno about meatless beef crumbles being GF, but those, a variety of beans, maybe some corn, tomato sauce and chili seasoning and you're good to go! I've also been trying to do more tofu veggie stir fry and such. You just gotta eat a lot of tofu to make it high…
  • This is all you have to do! Make sure to enter it in recipes, not meals, and it sets and saves everything for you. I have like 20 saved and it's so easy to just select those and add them to my diary.
  • This thread is old, but still so relevant! I buy the same popcorn the OP buys, kroger fat free, and cannot figure it out. And as someone else said, I do think the servings per bag/ box/ amount In a serving don't all add up. It shouldn't be this hard. I just want popcorn :/
  • I agree with the rice Krispy treats and the sugar free jello. The jello is like 5 cal so you can eat like 20 of them if you want. I'm a HUGE sweet eater at night and I've discovered it's all about portions if you're just looking to fulfill a craving. I have a bunch of pre portioned options like: 1/4 Hershey bar, popsicles,…
  • Yes, add a bit of heat to it if you can. Those ingredients are basically a variant of what I do: soy sauce, honey, siracha, lime juice. So that should turn out great! Especially if you already like it plain. I'm not quite there yet..
  • So I made something similar to this; a layered eggplant ricotta bake with marinara. I freeze all my big batch meals so I can switch them up over the month. I made this in individual foil pans for easy portioning, cling wrapped them, put them in a freezer bag, and they still taste great! To the OP, I also am vegetarian and…
  • I also had a hard time finding a low cal, low fat dressing to stick to. I wanted to do store bought, but all the "light" dressings had an awful taste. Then i found out that olive garden sells their Italian dressing in lite in the grocery store! Literally tastes 99% identical to the original. For 2 tbsn, 30 cal, 2 g fat, 2…
  • So this will include a vegetable but I've started doing variations on eggplant parm and I love it. You slice the eggplant and coat it in egg and grated parm instead of bread crumbs, then bake till crispy! Then you have to include a ricotta cheese mix to make it high protein. I usually layer the eggplant with ricotta, or…
  • Okay so this basically just an egg idea too, but I love making a crustless quiche (or frittata I guess) and freezing the individual portions so I can eat them whenever! I bake it in a cake pan so I can make a lot. I do about 6-7 whole eggs and then 3-4 egg whites to cut calories. About a cup of liquid: either 1/2 skim…
