i try to stay around 1400 but I go up to 1700 if I dip into my exercise calories. I am trying to loose about 20 LBS. I have a two year old and twin 6 year olds. They do keep me active. We went for a walk on a green belt trail yesterday. Its great to include them in healthy activity but they can be slow while they enjoy the sights along the walk. I don't get much impact in the end.
