I have been following Suzanne Ryan on Instagram and just recently bought her book Simply Keto. She says that the urine tests are not always accurate and she recommends buying the blood glucose and ketones monitor if you want accuracy. She recommends the Precision xtra blood glucose and ketone monitor. Just a thought.

Thank you for you input. I do agree just a lot of people say a lot of different things but it's always good to hear from peoples "personal experiences" because those who haven't experienced it are only basing it off of stuff they read. But I do appreciate your input!!!

I started keto 8 days ago and have lost 4 lbs. Trying to figure out how to feel good all day long. I'm not much of a salt person so that's been hard but I'm willing to give it some time to adapt!!! Good luck!!!

My husband and I just started keto yesterday. We also do crossfit 3 to 5 times week. I'm hoping in a couple weeks we will have more energy and lose sugar cravings. Feel free to add me if you'd like :)
