Thank you all for your answers, I wish I could have replied to the zero calorie thing first but oh well lol. I don't make breaded pork chops, just tenderized, so I'm probably going to skip tracking the butter.

This should be 220 calories based on the macros if my quick google search + math is correct. (1g fat = 9 cal, 1g protein or carb = 4 cal) I will be going through the rest but it seems like all of these just added up. I would still like to know if anyone else has experienced this. Oh, I see, kinda thought that might be the reason. I imagine focusing on the macro percentages would be my best bet. Based on your reply, get the impression that I was correct about calories only coming from macros. Anyways, thank you.
