well i dont drink coffee of any kind i find that people drink this instead of having breakfast so it all up to you what you want to do people say it help them feel full and that they dont eat till they feel hungry and that for some is not till dinner.

Cool i have two egg bites in the am i cook them up once a week that way i dont have to think about it and i can grab and go. I also have to think a lot for my other meals but that because it been a while since i have done keto.

i am new to keto i am 35 years old 5'3" 205lb and find it hard to keep my carb intake down but that for now as of lack of money and lack of food in the home not completely lack of food just the very little that would have been ok before have too much carbs.
