I have done it. I have to defrost and drain them in the fridge first. Then I toss them in a little oil and broil them. Texture is softer than freshly roasted.

I have picky eaters and I think Broccoli is the biggest offender for frozen texture issues. I only use frozen vegis for making puree or frozen fruits for making smoothies. I agree it's probably water. I had three pumpkin and spice pancakes last night and went WAY over my carbs. I made them for my kids and just HAD to have one. One turned into three.
