Protein pancakes (for breakfast) - 40 grams protein 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup oats 3/4 cups egg whites cinamon to taste 2 packets splenda, or stevia etc blend this in blender and then pour on griddle.. LOL i hear that a lot from people but once they try it, they like it. if it wasnt blended I wouldnt eat it either. and the cinnamon and sweetener give it the flavor

Ok dumb question, but how do you quote the previous person like you did? Also 1700? then im wondering how big those portions were of what you already ate because potatoes and steak would add up.. or are you adding extra calorie allowance for the workout you did?

I'm 5'2" and my dietitian recommended 150g of protein a day. Im 150 pounds now (lost over 50 pounds with her help). Keep in mind if you are working out like you say, you are gaining weight in muscle and losing fat. So even if your weight stays the same your clothes should start fitting looser since muscle takes up less room than fat.

Stop looking at the scale. Measure by how clothes fit or how you look. A pound of fat weighs the same as a pound of muscle but Fat takes up more space. So of you are gaining muscle and losing fat your weight can even increase but your clothes will tell you the read difference
