I'm trying to figure the registration out. Is it too late now that groups have been selected? If not, I am AbandonedKSCharger Monday 202

What the heck..... maybe this is the motivation I'm looking for....

Hey, nice to see familiar names here. By signing in for Feb, that will hopefully get me motivated to get back to healthy living again.

Hi!!! It's been a long time for me, but here I am;) trying to convince myself that I HAVE to take this serious and get active. So, I'm saying hello to old friends hoping this can boost me to making some changes. Go Chiefs!

That's my goal also.

EXCELLENT @pridesabtch ! I get it!! So glad you are finding a new path that you will be comfortable with and it brings you success. That has encouraged me to go to Yoga tomorrow night. I tried it over the summer, liked it, but one death after another (family and friends...horrible summer) I kept missing the class...….hard…

Hello! Back at it... not feeling as motivated as I should be. There's always so much drama and part of me is content with not caring about trying to change, but I know that is not what is best for me. I am going to go through the motions knowing I WILL change. Then I'm sure my attitude will change also.

@Longing4Maui you are doing so great!! Yes, please show us a picture of your new stylish holey jeans ;)

Great job! Keep that momentum going ;)

Good Morning! It's Monday, check in time for me. I am bouncing back and forth between the two pounds. This week I am down 1.2 pounds. Which is pleasing that I didn't go up. I have not tracked my food in weeks and am feeling very neglectful for it. I see I am not alone though. @Longing4Maui I hope you are feeling better…

@RaevsReality Boy you nailed it on the head with your description, "only to get thrown into the car wash of life". I've been hanging out here since this thread was created, so many have stopped in for a one time visit, hope to see you around more. I have had a tough couple of months and it's so easy to get away from taking…

@cmcgill1984 That's a great question, and I'm sure there are a variety of answers. My thoughts are it is up to each individual. I complete my diary without the exercise first to see what my 5 week prediction is, then I add in my exercise and complete it the second time. Yes, a 1200 diet is hard to maintain. My goal, is to…

@MissMay Thanks so much...…..that means a lot! Big hugs Teri. We don't care if you can not get in the swing right now. We still love hearing from you no matter if you stick to goals or not. 💜[/quote]

Good morning, I see three new faces here. That's awesome!! I too find the nightly habit of pouring alcohol down my throat a bit of a problem for weight control......sorry, got a bit dramatic there ;) Anyways, I am remembering how I found some success in June......keep busy after work so I don't get into the beer or wine…

Jen it's so good to see your Chief's logo again!!! After just going home (San Diego) for vacation, it pulls on my heart strings still for the Chargers....but getting my Chief's vibe back again....seeing your post helps! @MySlimGoals Welcome to our small group...…...the more the merrier though. We all need support. I did…

Good Morning, I took a little time this morning to read through a few posts. I find myself anxious at work that someone will see the "Less Alcohol" at the top. Don't need them to see that! So my attempt Saturday to go AF was not successful. I was a bit foggy from Friday, which made it easier to not want anything. I did…

Well, my goal I set in January, to loose 3 pounds per month, hasn't gone very well. However, I feel I am still making progress and I am focused in the right direction. My plan was to be at 182 by the end of August. Today I weighed in at 191. Wednesday night yoga classes begin again this week. I will also continue to get…

I logged everything yesterday... the good, the bad, the ugly. In 5 weeks I will be 3 pounds heavier then I am today. Gotta get back on track with less alcohol. Today I'm going to make my goal an AF day

8/5 3 Pass days Exercise? Yes, aqua aerobics, bike ride and a walk. Calories? Yes, with the help of exercise Tracked? Yes Goal, ultimately to get back to a healthy weight so I can live a much better life as I get older. I'm having trouble with my posts going through, so hopefully this one does.

I have found I must do it from a computer and not my App
-
It feels good to have the chance again to read everyone's posts. That is where I get my motivation. After work I am going to plan to have an alternate beverage and not have a beer until 7:30. Only 3 and to bed before 10:15.

I totally understand Nice to hear someone else admit my faults..."not going back to log wine calories " Plus more of what you said, but family guest just arrived and I need to let him in. Tata Hubby's 80 something uncle just drove in from Florida.

Whattt??? Really??? This is news to me. Many aches and pains in my joints. I've been taking inflammatories for several years. Considering starting to take boron daily
-
BTW (By The Way) Nice to see you again. You have such a wonderful story about your relationship with Buddy.
-
Keep trying. 1 less every day
-
Karen, sounds like we're on the same boat. We have to kick this! Reading your post gives me encouragement.
-
Wow, I get you....such work in progress always, but I know if I could control/quit the drinking, I'd drop the pounds. Still trying
-
My thoughts for UAC....log in anytime to report....

I agree. Planning ahead is my biggest....well, second biggest challenge.
