Hi my name is pam and I am excited to join! My highest weight was 335 about 8 years ago. Lost down to ~200 and sort of hung out there for a few years Slowly it has creeped its way back on up and I am back again. I can tell you what worked from *my* experience. I was also diagnosed with fatty liver disease and my enzymes were "off" according to my lab results. I think partly it is due to the fact that men typically have more muscle mass. Muscle mass burns more calories. This is just one more reason women should not be afraid to weight train. They will burn more calories.
