Today was actually a good day despite what felt like a million hurdles of stress getting in my way π¬ Iβm so pleased that I didnβt revert to my usual coping mechanisms that donβt serve me (junk food / binge eating). Today has been a good day, although after my weigh in this morning, Iβm unfortunately a pound heavier than a thought - not a disaster, but it would have been nice to get the surprise in the other direction haha! I completed my 8 minute journal which has you focus on 3 things your grateful for each day, how youβll makeβ¦

Hi! Iβm so ready for the loss! I have 30 pounds to lose (hope itβs ok I join you) and have some got some myself into some terrible eating habits so this accountability will keep me in check. I usually manage about 16,000 steps a day, so I know my loss will happen with what Iβm eating (or not more to the point). Iβll weighβ¦

Thanks @skinnyrev2b Thankfully I didn't lose my accumulated days by quick log in & out each day. I have been getting my steps in, but anything over and above has proved near on impossible. Cap (my old boy) is not doing much better, so lots of cuddles just now. Aw I'll pass on Rollo's greetings πΆ

So sorry for dissappearing from posting, I've dealing with a very poorly pup π My old boy has been deterating rapidly these past couple of weeks, he has degenerative spine disease and his new meds schedule need an alarm set for through the night - it's all left me having to shelf a lot just now. Day 13: Rest day / keep thinking about the fitness numbers I should hit tomorrow π³ Oh gosh tomorrow will be interesting, I have high numbers to get too and my performance of late is psyching me out! Day 12: Cardio Abs and Pure Cardio. Done πͺ I stuck with doing Cardio Abs first (my form is always better doing it this way around) and I managed everything π± except the double leg lifts πͺππ I'm really pleased with the progress on this workout - my sights are now set on conquering those double leg lifts π Pure Cardio wasβ¦

Day 11 (again!): Cardio Power and Resistance. I'm back πͺ I fueled right yesterday, got a great sleep last night and I smashed it π₯ This is my favourite workout, I get so amped when shaun shouts 'come on y'all, let's go!!!' Day 11: Oh gosh I need a do over today - I've never managed to get anything completed, I've really been struggling this week with the clock change and it's totally thrown my routine π it's really bugging me π© Does this happen to anyone else? ? Day 10: Cardio Recovery. Done πͺ I'm really making the most of this recovery set - when I think to what the month two one is like π³ This is a piece of cake. Day 9: Plyometric Circuit. Done πͺ I felt amazingly energetic today and really went for it! I even managed the first four FULL push ups π€£ on level one drills ππ I'm so delighted the hard work is paying off! I felt I managed more ski and 'in and out abs' too - I'm targeting these next, I might start filming my workouts toβ¦

Day 8: Pure Cardio. Done πͺ Omg this clock change has really knocked me, my usual workout time is 6am but now it's 5am in my mind argh! BUT I pressed play and got on with it π¬πͺ I managed two, TWO π full push ups π then had to go back to NEGATIVES, but hey, that's two more than I could manage before. I'm thinking I willβ¦

Thanks @skinnyrev2b π It doesn't sound like you cheating on your negative push ups - the way I saw it was as long as you are controlled for as long as you can when you lower yourself, you'll soon find you can control it right until you're at the floor. I like your yoga block idea, that's a great way to keep a check on yourβ¦

I'm loving month one workouts, being back to the shorter routines and ableβ¦

Day 2: Cardio Power and Resistance. Done πͺ Well two amazing things happened this morning! 1. I managed 28 power jumps in 30 seconds, which means on the fit test I 'should' be able to get 56 in a minute, beating my last score by 11 π± 2. While doing my negative push-ups, instead of having a micro second rest on the floorβ¦
