Thank you for sharing this, for me weight loss and cleaning up have gone hand in hand, I have found that cleaning up provides a sufficient distraction for the cravings so that I can figure them out, i.e. are they hunger? boredom? other feelings? I would love to be a part of this group, rapidly approaching 50 years old, looking to lose 90 pounds in the next 15 months. Sometimes I have to remind myself that they weight did not jump on at one stop, it's probably not going to jump off that way either!

How about "Just sayin'" Usually used when you have just said something crappy, insensitive, mean or something that is your unique perspective. I don't like this! Also on the "you do you" disliker bandwagon, obviously, I am already doing me and don't need your permission!

Happy Hump Day Y'all, just found this thread today, happy to see I am not the only one who is hitting fully swing in life now. Feeling better now in my almost 50s than I did in my 20s, better able to not sweat the small stuff. Thanks for the inspiration

Just found this thread, so far, I have achieved the tracking my food everyday in June. Goals for next month: 1. Track all food that goes in my mouth 2. Hit 10,000 steps at least 1x per week (minimum of 5,000 per day). 3. Get back up no matter how many times I fall. Thanks for a place to be accountable. Am new to meal…
