  • Sorry I mean across 3,000 miles about 20 miles a week, then hurt, wanna get back to it asap
  • Get Back to 200 and running again, had run across 3k but then hurt knee, slow gain to 250 now over past couple years tired of that, harder to get started again than I figured, looking forward to getting with it again, crazy how easy it was to loose shape
