  • I make my own bread, so no issues there! Cheese is integral to my taco making, otherwise I'd be aaaaall over that, lol! And I'm scared of non-dairy cheese...
  • Unfortunately, the best way to tell if it's the milk protein is to do an elimination diet. As for non-breakfast foods... I could do that. My boys would freak out a bit though, I can hear it now "no, mommy! That's for lunch, not brekfrest!"
  • I'm 18 weeks pp (when did that happen, my goodness!) with my third in 4 years. Overall I've gained about 30lbs, but I was overweight to begin with, so I'm looking to loose about 70lbs to be in a healthy weight range.
