I’m new to this app & to tracking my calories and looking to go from 212 to 185. I started using this app for a 5 week fitness challenge, I’m about half way through now. I’m on week 2 of a 5 week challenge; have had 30 min high intensity work outs almost every day & I’m so sore. It’s good though as I want to do whole body training not just run a 10k while still having a belly like I did last summer.
