8/3 Tracked: yes Under: yes Exercise: yes - 1 hour PT (and yes Iβm claiming it, he made me sweat harder than I do at the gym π) spin class and then a few minutes on the stair climber to get my stairs for GoT! I promise Iβm going easy and do ask and get permission from my therapist before I do any exercise.

8/1 Tracked: yes Under: yes Exercise: yes - spin class with modifications. Had my 2 week post op appt todayβ¦..and running is out of my future as well as any high intensity exercise. So I guess Iβll start working to see how fast I can walk a 5k π
