  • I was right there where you where till last month I started the ketos diet and just plain old walking and drinking half my body weight in water and I have lost 26lbs . Don't give up log all your food on my fitness pal it's a great tool. Good luck and may god give you strength and will power to find what works for you.
  • I have recently went close to carb free it's hard.sugar and carbs are addicting.I have lost over 20lbs in the past four weeks and feel amazing.stick with don't give up it get easier.
