Yes Yes Yes I am overloaded with hubbys family and i passed out after another not so great day. I was under but only because i had my walk. Then i woke up 3 am to post.

Yes Yes Not under caloric goal though. I caved and had some fast food. I have lost my mojo a bit but tomorrow is another day.

Yea Yes Yes June 18th, my one and only day off and I managed to do an hour long walk. I may have eatend alightly on the healthy side but I feel okay about it.

June 9,2018 1150 PM and i have finally been able to sit . I did a double shift today so from 7 am to 11 lm I worked. I did over 10000 steps so I have decoded to call it a good day. Definitely under calories as ai ate protein bars mostly ( my bad) Yes Yes Yes

Today was a carb glutonous day of a June 5th. I accepted a job offer and had a day off from strength core. I was under my calories I did a 20 min walkish although slow as a sloth I tracked everyrhing !
