I dont know anyone on MFP but I cpuld use some friends. I procrastinate and am in the works of fixing it. One step at a time. Recipes? Snack ideas? Motivation?
After some time away from MFP I am back. I feel like I need to start thinking about it as day one over and over again. I have no will power after a bit of time passes. Why is it so hard to pull myself out of procrastination land too?
