I’ve been tracking my intake and doing HIIT 3X a week. I also have 50 lbs to lose and I’m currently about 10 lbs down :) I’m not a trainer, just an average person but add me if you want since we seem to have similar goals!

Wow- yep 5 lbs up!! I was going??? I’m glad you mentioned it, because even though I obviously know scale fluctuations are a TOTALLY NORMAL thing, I was working hard to not be discouraged. Now I feel much better. 🤣

So I think I’ve sorted out a June goal for myself: 50k. That’s 4K 3X a week, minus 6k in case I need to take a day somewhere. Really I’m hoping this month I’ll get up to running 5k, but in the spirit of keeping my goals achievable, I’m going with this.

I’m lucky to have some great climbing options right in my hometown, though I’ll be honest, as a beginner I don’t know if this is really for me. I prefer to be on the water. :)
