  • Personally- I think if it’s hard, your doing something wrong. I’ve spent about 15 years doing a diet that was hard, restricting and would leave me giving up. I always wanted quick results. I wanted to be thin yesterday. It was all or nothing for me. This time round it’s different. I’m not on a diet so I can’t fall off.…
  • Eating under your goal most days won’t help. I learnt this the hard way. MFP works out how many calories you should have to lose 1 or 2lb a week. Eat all you calories. Every single one. And eat back your exercise calories. I started doing this and I’ve lost 42lb so far!

I agree, I’ve been having a treat a week too to keep me motivated. Also getting married so want to slim down for my dream dress xx
  • Wow, that is amazing! My start weight was the same as yours. So far I’ve lost 2stone 8lb I hope I can be as successful as you! Have you got any tips? X
  • I think it depends on if you’re exercising. My fiancé has lost 6 and a half stone using MFP and he never tracked on the weekends. They were always for the lads, beer, pizza etc However Monday to Friday he logged everything and exercised everyday so at the weekend he was eating his accumulated exercise calories. I’ve…
