I miss cereal more than I expected. I don't generally crave carbs at all anymore, except a giant bowl of Cap n Crunch once in a while. I haven't caved in about 7 months, but that craving still surfaces.

Yeah, you’ve gotta do what works for you. I tried a hundred things before something finally worked. The documentary The Magic Pill is what got me researching Keto/Paleo. Thank you everyone for the kind words!

For me it is, I’ve been doing Keto for months & have had a lot of digestive issues. This helps me track electrolytes and I’ve been doing 100 times better since monitoring macros, nutrients & calories. Down 52 lbs so far.

It took me 20 years to stop allowing food to control me. I look at everything I eat as fuel now. No longer is it a reward, a way to relax or something I convince myself that I deserve.
