I am in again and have done 13 rounds with the last 2 being weight gain and taking 3 rounds off. It is starting to get depressing but I am the reason for the gain. My goals for this round is to continue to get back on track and try logging food every day and work on getting back down to my lowest weight of 192 on 6/6/19…
