  • Is it too late to join in? I didn't start keto until Wednesday, May 30th (after I got back from 4 days binging in Vegas) and jumped right in. I'd like some accountability as I'm starting out.
  • Right now, none. I just restarted and need to make it a habit again. I am in tune with my body though and will make things lighter if needed.
  • I've set myself at 1900 (I just jumped back into this a week ago). I'm a female, 5'7 and weigh 321 pounds. I have a sedentary lifestyle (desk worker). I work out at home daily cycling. We'll see how 1900 goes and if I need to cut back more. I don't want to shock myself too much.
