I did physical therapy after my knee surgeries, but didn't think about seeking it out for help with the arthritis - I will talk to my doctor about a referral. Thank you :)

This is great, I didn't even think of cycling- it is popular in my area but I always thought it would be painful. A lot of people have told me to do exercises like squats, lunges, etc., but the getting up is never as easy as the getting down. :D And it's something I can do with the kids- thanks so much for the suggestion.

Right, I started losing weight partially because I was tired of struggling to pick things up off of the floor. I have noticed an improvement, I know it will only get better with more weight loss. Thanks for your input. :)

Do you have any previous injuries? I have osteoarthritis in both knees, and I've discovered that if they aren't properly supported my gait changes and I have a lot of pain in my hips, too. I agree with the previous posters' suggestions to get a good pair of shoes if you don't have one. It really makes a big difference.…

I have been there, diagnosed with unexplained infertility and going through treatment. I ended up getting pregnant eventually after I lost weight. I'm not trying now, but I'd be happy to cheer you on! I know how painful the whole process can be at times.
