  • When I have a sweet tooth, I usually go for a sweet fruit like strawberries or watermelon, or the tried and true chocolate milk! I use skim milk and Ovaltine because it has less sugar and more vitamins than other chocolate milk mixes. Can have a big glass of chocolate milk for 240 cals.
