6 years ago I lost 90 lbs & drank Diet Coke with each meal..now I've lost 19 lbs & still drinking my Diet Coke..I have heard tons of bad things about Aspartame, but I also drink plenty of water in between meals. So far so good..Knock on wood! lol

I lost 2 lbs this morning, after not losing anything for almost 3 weeks! :smiley: Also, yesterday I got some 20 lb dumbbells for my son, that he's been wanting, for only $15!

Yes..a couple weeks ago I was supposed to meet my friend from high school at a bar to see a band play..I hadn't been out to a bar/club since my birthday in January..so I was kinda excited..I got there looking for her..never found her..I was there 2 hours before she even responded to my text & she said her & her boyfriend…

I'd like to join in..having trouble losing much weight so far..Started at 294 on 5/1/18 & now at 278..was at 276 last week, but somehow gained a couple lbs.. I will try my hardest to keep losing..just so frustrating when I know I'm not eating anything I shouldn't.. :neutral:

Thank you all for your replies. I believe I am eating what I need to, so I don't think I would need any vitamins, but I just thought I'd ask for any thoughts or suggestions. :smiley:
