Good Luck! You can do it! Some days will be tougher than others. I was a everyday drinker for 28 years but after losing a son it became my crutch. I knew when I woke up each morning looking for something to go in my coffee that something had to change! Quit cold turkey 41/2 years ago.

It all gets me so confused too! Feel like a hamster on a wheel!! Just want to reduce bf% but what is really my tdee?!! I've tried low cal/higher calorie but still feel the same. Lol! I'm not getting any younger. Ready for change!

I have been trying to increase my calories too. Some days are better than others I feel less hungry and I feel more energized. My diary is open if you want to be friends.

I try to make room by planning ahead and I try to make sure I get in enough fiber to keep the binging down. Thank goodness I love my veggies!

Thanks All! I'm still hanging in there. I find that all the words of advice I do use but need to reinforce them. When I start getting tired or just overwhelmed I tend to let doubt or maybe fear try to take root. I'm taking my stand and pushing forward. I am staying active and now to focus on getting my nutrition in place.…
