I have BOD and I love it. I am on wk 4 of Hammer & Chisel. I love being able to workout from home. I also like a structured plan to follow.

I have it. I love having all the programs that I can choose from and to do it from home. Just try out the free trial and if you don’t like it you just cancel before trial ends.

I’m doing Beachbody. I’m on wk 2 of Transform 20. I kinda went missing in action. Decided to go with Shaun T because I need his uplifting words and 20 minutes thru holidays will be doable for those long stressful days. Good Luck.

I have BOD. Trying to decide what program I want to do next! Thinking since holidays are coming up and I know that time of year can be stressful I will do liift4. Its only 4 days wk & 60 day program. I done it once and really liked it. Feel free to add me but let me know you are a BOD Member.

Chicken breast & boiled eggs for protein Roasted cubed sweet potatoes & quinoa for carb Roasted zucchini & mixed peppers, broccoli & tomatoes for veggies and steel cut oats with strawberries & chocolate almond butter for breakfast.

I purchased BOD at end of March. I did liift4 and loved it. Been playing around with few programs trying to decide my next one. This wk I trying out 80 day obsession. So far pretty good. I feel it!

Still going strong with my workouts. I am loving it! Just signed up to do the Liift4/transform 20 hybrid. Those guys are my fav!!!

Past those 40's Will be 53 next month and wanting to get into best shape of my life both physically and mentally. I love how staying active makes me feel!

Just keep your head up and your prayer life strong. I have gone thru the exact grieving,guilt and overwhelming sadness. Focusing on myself a bit more this year instead of beating myself down with all that. Find a friend to talk to. My mistake was keeping everything to myself. Here if you need a friend.
