  • I recommitted to Keto on the 8th. Glad to find this challenge. Yesterday I set a goal to drink 1 cup green tea, 1 cup rooibos tea and prep breakfast for the week. Today's goal is to drink 1 cup green tea, 1 cup rooibos tea, prep cauliflower rice and make up 4 side dishes.
