  • Thanks. There are bursting because I’m reading so many difference things, eat millions of protein. Don’t eat millions of protein stick to 1200 calories. I was eating 2 protein shakes a day and a healthy dinner, killing myself in classes but I want seeing results. I’ve increased my calorie intake now but kept a deficit.
  • Thanks everyone. Will follow ur advice and log everything. Been doing body pump and spin 5 days over 7 aswell. Think I was hoping to see results quicker than it’s showing so will just need to be patient and stick with it
  • Thanks I was doing this and not getting anywhere but felt my body was holding on to the fat as wasn’t eating enough so now eating more protein.
