  • This is so inspiring. I’m just starting my journey but years back I lost a bit of weight -Bending over or sitting down and feeling your abs work and you tummy not flowing over your legs is amazing!
  • I’m a 2nd year uni student! Currently living on campus where we get full board meals and have no kitchen to prep for ourselves.
