Always buy the same frozen chicken burgers in bulk and would enter them based on what the label said (100g per burger) because I figured "while it won't be exact, it can't be THAT much off". Finally got a kitchen scale and weighed up the last three burgers in the bag. Lightest was 178 g.

coffee creamer, not so much the amount of calories (I knew it wasn't 'good') but the fact that I was using 3 servings (105 cal total) and having at least 3 cups a day (at least 315 cal/day on just the creamer) meant it added up quick

Lost 76 pounds total. Goal was only around 50, but MFP makes it easy to keep track (plus I hate seeing the numbers turn red after going over), so figured why not

if i'm being really lazy- toast and peanut butter. If we're being a little more liberal with the definition of 'no cooking', then I'd say baked oatmeal with whatever fruit is laying around

recently found out that a friend has been asking other friends if I have started doing hard drugs to lose weight (for the record, no). I figure the proper response, if she ever brings it up to me (won't happen) is "no, i've just stopped doing so many cheeseburgers"
