I do Tae Bo workout (Taekwondo + Boxing), I just dont know if you can consider it as boxing exercise. It helps me burn 400+ calories a day. Just also want to share.

I just started Intermittent Fasting last May 10, 2018, I've been doing 16:8 and fast every monday and friday. I also do Tae Bo everyday for 30 mins. Last May 19 2018, I lost 9 pounds.

I lost 9lbs last week (May 12-19, 2018). I did Tae Bo for 30 mins everyday and count calories while in Intermittent Fasting (16:8). Can someone enlighten me? I think its too fast.
