Hi. I’m Mary and a newbie. My weighday is Friday and I’m looking to lose about two and a half stone more (lost 12 pounds so far). I’m a keen cyclist so my weight loss is a bit more sedate as my muscle increases. I’d like to be lighter because it’s easier to get up hills !

Another roaster here! I hate boiled veg. I put everything on a tray, shove it in the oven for 30 mins then eat it. I don't even use oil or that spray stuff. Just add salt. Even veg like brussels taste 100 times better :)
