You could buy the heaviest ones you can find and do squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press to failure over and over. It would definitely do something!

I'm down! I lost 20 lbs 2 years ago, then hot injured, then cirona happened, now I'm bavj to where I started plus 5! I feel stipid and weak and defeated.

I get it. I feel lost in the up-down of weight some days, but in the end the best you can do is be compassionate with yourself and push on.
