  • My breakfast is normally a handful of sunflower seeds, but I love breakfast foods. I will eat eggs anytime lunch or dinner. But when I get to the gym at 5am I really can’t stomach food and I’m never hungry when I get home.
  • I would like to loose about 80-100 lbs, I'm just having a tough time doing it. How are you trying to do it?
