✅ Continued logging for me is a must do. I’ve log each day since 10/23/24 & dropped 16 lbs. Personally, I do very well if I stay focused, consistent, & held accountable (by my daily nutritional stats). Once I derail, even slightly, I’m a complete train wreck. 😊
