So I’ve been on singular for years and I also suffer from insomnia. I literally never thought about connecting the two. Of course I take the singular because I have allergy induced asthma so it’s kind of a necessity for breathing during high allergy seasons which is 3/4 the year where I live. I also take a Zyrtec at night.…

Also unreal has several chocolates (peanut butter bars and coconut bars) that are soy free. I think their version of m&m still contain soy. If you can’t tell I like sweet treats a lot.

There are a several food brands out there that strive to be soy free (usually because they’re trying to avoid gluten and the top 8 allergens). I have a mild soy allergy so I try to limit my intake but I also have celiac so I can’t eat gluten therefore my foods are very specific. But if you want…. Chocolate: enjoy life…

I should mention chickpea pasta tastes the best when you rinse it post-cooking before putting anything else into it. I can usually find it in a kroger or harris teeter or sometimes food lion. I also have ordered it from thrive market or amazon (although that's assuming your US based). Yeah, coconut-based processed…

Do you have any allergies to chickpea based pasta? It’s my go-to with 22g of protein per serving? I am also allergic to mammal meat but can do poultry so I do eat poultry and ground Turkey a lot. I know you said you can’t do nuts but what about coconuts (they sometimes aren’t the same as treenut or other nut allergies).…

One quick, grab when you don't have much time I have found lately are frozen bird's eye veggie pastas. They have some good ones that are made of lentils and zuchini with or without marinara sauce. I usually add some ground turkey. I'm a big fan of crockpot meals for pulled pork or chili, its endless (i found my recipes for…

I have celiac so I am gluten free and am also allergic to soy. After being gluten free for a couple of years I can have a little bit of dairy without a problem. However, Im fighting lyme right now so cutting out red meat, all dairy, and most added sugar.

I am also a super picky eater or recovering one. When I was younger I basically lived off of cheese pizza, chicken tenders, hamburgers, french fries and mac n cheese.... as I've gotten older I learned I have celiac, cant eat gluten anymore and am allergic to soy and dairy so I had to find other food to eat real quick. That…

There... even some big brands(on top of what cereals are naturally gluten free like rice krispies)[/quote] Im celiac and allergic to soy although I can eat eggs. You have to be really careful as most of the gluten free breakfast items sold in stores (especially waffles) have soy. Many of the big brands are making cereals…
