Back the hell up. Did I get woo-ed for actually using this product as a FOOD, rather than drinking it the fad way? Go suck a lemon. Or a glass of ACV .

OP, I used to be a weight lifting junky and loved it. I'm still very passionate about it, but I had let go of my weight training over the years because work got very hectic, etc... Now, 20 years later, I'm getting back into my weight training, and really struggling with it. I don't enjoy it as much as I used to. But, I…

I lost 1kg in my first week.

I'd like to echo the sentiment that it won't make you bulky, but can I say one thing? I looked at your photo, and your hip and thigh area aren't big at all. You're quite tiny to begin with. You have a very similar looking bone structure to me (although I'm currently not in as great shape as you are!). A few decades ago, I…

Take being mortified as your wake up call :) We've all been there, so please don't be hard on yourself. I will admit something here: when I first started out with my weight loss three months ago, I measured myself, and also wrote the dress size next to it. Now, when I started out, I was carrying a lot of belly fat. I had…

For me, it depends on the exercise. For cardio and weight training, Adidas is my favourite, and for yoga, I can't go past SoulFlower.

I don't care what it is, because I have no plans to eat that way.

Oh my god, that sounds delicious! Another one to try. It's also really good as a hair rinse, to give it a nice shine.

The other great thing I just thought of, is knowing what different weights of food look like (roughly), it makes it easier when you're eating away from home. I feel as though now, if I was given a bowl of rice, for example, I could guess the weight of it and be closer to being correct, than before I was weighing food,…

Also, I wanted to add that at first I didn't want to use one, because it seemed 'obsessive' and I like to avoid disordered behaviour. But honestly, it takes all the emotion and obsession out of it, because you are being as scientifically accurate as possible, which for me anyway, reduces my stress about losing weight. I…

Everyone does have differently sized bones, but it has no bearing on the fat levels someone is carrying.

I don't use it for weight loss. But I do use it in my cooking and to make a delicious salad dressing. But I turn it into four thieves vinegar first, because I find it delicious in so many things.

Another Aussie here :) Ours was around twenty dollars at Big W

I started out tracking without a food scale for about two weeks, because I had to wait that long to get one. I was guessing the weight of things, if you can imagine. I got the food scale and realised I'd been grossly overestimating the weights of foods. I'm a short woman, which means MFP only gives me 1200 calories to…

I like the fact that it gives me a little bit of extra iron, fibre, vitamin c, etc... I definitely want to have it with long noodles mixed in, one day, but so far have been too lazy, because the zoodles are just so quick to prepare, compared to noodles. I love the fact that I can eat a gigantic bowl of these in bulk and…

I'm a 44 year old mum with three kids. You're welcome to add me, and anyone else in here :)

Eat within your calorie deficit :) You can do that sitting down. I recently got a mini exercise bike for when I don't feel up to doing exercise on my feet. You could do arm pedalling. Definitely not as demanding as more mobile exercise, but much better than a kick in the guts.

A few months ago, I said in a different thread about this, that I couldn't eat before a workout because it made me too nauseated. Three months in, I can eat something very small and bland/plain before a workout and feel fine. I like to have something before doing weights, and usually still prefer not to eat before cardio,…

Keep up the great work: you can do it! How do I know? Because you ARE doing it! Your pants are getting looser, so just keep doing the same thing and you will get there.

If I feel stuck, there is usually a very good reason. I try to find the reason, then work out a solution.

I mastered chest hooping today! I have bruised my décolletage, but that’s par for the course.

I just realised you were asking about food that are endo friendly. There are lots of websites and good books on eating in an endo friendly way, also anti inflammatory foods are wonderful for us. It just takes a lot of research and experimentation. Also, avoid being too strict with endo friendly foods; if you eat something…

I’m on daily, with a closed diary. I’m happy to be added

Yes, I have have endo but I’m not having a hysterectomy, so I can’t help with that part. My best tip would be to stay within your calorie deficit if you can’t exercise. You’ll still lose weight, and that will help you to continue to lose weight while you’re recovering from surgery.

I was the same; thought zoodles were stupid. It’s turned out to be the most useful thing I do. I still eat carbs, though. It was the low/no carbers that turned me off it originally.

I can honestly say I don't miss anything.

8kg in three months.

My partner and I were talking about how different we are in our weight loss, yesterday. I've lost 8.4kg over three months (I started out overweight) and he's lost 7kg in probably a month and a half (he's morbidly obese, and still in the honeymoon stage, where some weeks he'll just lose a lot at a time). He was frustrated…

I totally agree. The main character has turned 18 by the end of season one, so hopefully, they move on a little from the teen angle in season two. I'd definitely love to see it go darker.

I'm 5'1, I started my weight loss program at 67.7kg and I'm 44 years old. I was given 1,200 calories by My Fitness Pal. It doesn't matter what I set it to, it gives me 1,200 calories if I want to lose weight. I eat back exercise calories when I can exercise. I'm SO looking forward to maintenance!
