You might and you might not. It really depends on your personal body composition. You might carry more muscle than the OP. Are you lifting weights while you lose the weight? If not, I recommend starting.
-
Yeah, I think talking with a doctor is good starting point.
-
I saw that too, I guess she doesn't like mfp.
-
Are you working with a physical therapist at all? I would start there.
-
Yep! I do this when I know I have a night out coming up.
-
So, I've been getting my handstand practice in everyday the last few days and I already see a bit more progress. I think I'm going to try and practice 3x a day just for a few minutes at a time.

Are you still having symptoms from the bulging disc? Have you been cleared for lifting at all? I have old herniations in L4-5 and L5-S1. I can lift but I'm very mindful of my form. And I have unfortunately exacerbated the injury a couple of times from deadlifting when adding weight too quickly.

I'm also 5'2" and currently I'm 119 pounds, I've been as low as 114. You can see the outline of my abs but not much else right now, at 114 the definition was a little better. I do lift heavy and have been for almost 2 years. I'm currently cutting down because I want to see my abs, I'm thinking I'm going to have to get down…

I'm always really hungry the day after a lifting session. Do you notice any patterns like that?

Why do you care if other people are wearing them? If they help you then wear them. Personally I don't like them, they either don't stay in place or squeeze too much.

I tried Instagram but it just wasn't for me. I think if you follow real people with similar goals it could be a good thing.

Actually my barbell squat is effected as well. I also have mild scoliosis so I'm not sure if that is contributing to the imbalance. I replaced my barbell back squat with Bulgarian split squats for now but I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do.

I do enjoy yoga, but I often put it on the back burner. I'll give it a go again. Thank you!
-
Have you looked into the Strong Curves program?
-
I do lunges already. I'll add step ups in.

Pizza is a treat meal for me not something I eat on the regular. I wish I could though because I love it.

Thanks for the suggestions. So some things I already do are: assisted pistols, lunges, and Bulgarian split squats. I always lead with my weaker side and to the same amount/weight with my stronger side. I knew I was stronger on the right but now that I have started the pistol squats I can see that's it's a really big…

I have mild scoliosis, I wonder if this is contributing to the imbalance?
-
Yep, I love love love it. We eat a lot of Mexican in my house. My favorite is spicy Thai food.
-
Lol, no worries!
-
It should weigh the same.

I want to be the hottest mom at the pool this summer 😬

I think weekends are hard for most people. We tend to go out to eat more on the weekends and that makes it hard for me.
-
What time do you normally eat your first meal? Technically that would be your breakfast. I like to hold off eating until I've been up for a few hours. Once I eat then I'm hungry every couple of hours. Good job on the discipline of getting your workouts in every day! I prefer morning workouts because I feel much more ready…

I like Kodiak pancakes, I add an egg to the mix and enough water for the right consistency.
-
This exactly. Mine are only A cups and they still sag, I've had three children that I'm sure helped contribute to this. But I do have nice pecs thanks to push ups and benches.
-
Mine are too!
-
Thanks, that's what I'm currently doing. I'm looking for anything else that could help.
-
Honestly, I would make a doctor appointment for these symptoms. It certainly sounds like it could be diabetes to me, especially with the hypoglycemia in the middle of the night.

How about doing some single leg squats onto a chair at home?
