Lol, this was too funny.

Whatever fits into your calories and doesn't cause you to binge!

I don't like non fat or low fat cheeses, with the exception of low fat cottage cheese and ricotta cheese. I use reduced fat milk and sour cream. I'm not a yogurt fan but if I do eat it it's usually a non fat Greek variety. I use butter not margarine. And reduced fat peanut butter is just wrong.

Interesting, I like the reduced fat or low fat cottage cheese. Non fat, I think would be gross.

Yep, good suggestion.

Definitely mirrors, I like to check my form.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. You'll likely lose fat from your breasts making them smaller. Push ups and bench presses are good for your chest muscles.

Glute kickbacks, abductions, x band walks, rows, lat pulldown, curls, the options are really endless.

I think my problem has been not sticking with the daily practice. I forget a day and then the next and it just turns into a week then a few weeks. Maybe I'll put a reminder on my phone.
-
How many minutes a day are you guys practicing handstands? And do you do 7 days a week? Can you grease the groove with handstands?
-
Good point. Compared to where I started, I've really transformed. It's just much slower now and I'm not the most patient person 😆
-
Yep, I've seen it. Great thread. Thank you.

I think my expectations may not be realistic either. I will cut down to my previous maintenance weight and see if any changes resulted from my mini bulk and go from there. I do wish I could get a trainer or a coach, but it's not in the budget right now. I have never run a purely hypertrophy program but the split I do has…

Mine went down but it's still there. It's a lot better and in the summer when I get a tan it's even less noticable.
-
Oh man, I totally did not practice handstands this week at all. I'll get back on it.
-
I'm much prefer to workout at home alone but I'm an introvert so that's likely why. Although, I don't mind yoga classes.

It could be so many things. Definitely being a mom will make you drained. Do you have any vitamin deficiencies? My vit D level is low unless I consistently take my supplement. If I forget to take them for a while I notice more fatigue and a down mood. It's worth looking into.

Love it. I drink 2-5 cups a day.
-
Yep, this is how I do it as well.
-
Same here. I'm trying to remind myself to look at the trend over a few weeks and not a few days.
-
Yep, same issue.

I think the only issue with planet fitness is they don't have free weights with barbells. So if you use those it might not be a good fit for you. Otherwise it sounds like a good deal.

Also if you're on Reddit check out the r/bodyweightfitness subreddit there is so much good information on there.

This is an excellent bodyweight program: https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine Another good resource is: http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/start-bodyweight-basic-routine.html?m=1

My favorite is a roasted pork tenderloin. Are you Pinterest? There are hundreds of recipes there.

Can you bring protein shakes or ensure with you to work to help get more calories in during your work day?
-
I always crave something sweet after lunch and dinner. If I don't have room for a treat then I usually drink a cup of black coffee or tea and that seems to make the craving subside.
-
I like the fitnotes app for tracking.

Just make sure it's a good beer!
